What warranty is given
Twelve months of labour on replacement and installation if the use is as agreed. A new cylinder or case, as goods we supply on the visit, is covered by the legal conformity warranty that consumer law grants against the party who hands you that part. That warranty is yours as a consumer against Cerrajería Efectiva, not only against the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s commercial warranty of the model fitted, if there is one, is additional and does not replace it.
An opening does not cover a mechanism that was already spent. If replacement is needed, it is quoted separately. Repair covers what was regulated, not a later internal break of a case already at its limit.
