The closing is left in order

What warranty is given

Twelve months of labour on replacement and installation if the use is as agreed. A new cylinder or case, as goods we supply on the visit, carries the legal conformity warranty that consumer law grants against the party who hands you that part — Cerrajería Efectiva — not only against the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s commercial warranty of the model, if there is one, is additional and does not replace it. An opening does not cover a mechanism that was already spent: if replacement is needed, it is quoted separately.

Do you attend in the middle of the night?

What should I say on the first call?

Door and mechanism

Do you always have to break the door?

No. Many openings are done on the cylinder or the lock. If the mechanism is forced or seized, sometimes the only route is to replace it.

Can you change only the cylinder?

Yes. Cylinder replacement is a common job when a key is lost, copied without control, or the barrel no longer turns cleanly.

Do you install security locks?

Yes. They are fitted on doors that can take the mechanism. The visit checks the edge, frame and clearance before fixing.

Can I choose a day and a time slot?

For replacements and installations, yes: mark a day and a slot on the calendar and send the request. Emergencies go by phone, at any hour.

Do you work with communities and shops?

Yes. The locksmith service covers homes, businesses and shops. On a premises you usually need to coordinate with whoever holds the shutter or back-room keys.
