The trade is the same — cylinder, case, shutter, portal — with different coordination: owner, manager or community chair. The access treated is the one authorised by whoever manages the shop, the office or the building.
If the shop cannot open first thing, it is a 24-hour emergency. If the manager changes or the building portal needs a new set, the visit is booked before opening or when the shutter comes down.
Amounts follow the same table as a householder: daytime opening €72 + VAT, night €118 + VAT, cylinder and repair as on the prices page. The invoice is issued to the company or the community if you give the details on the call.
When to ask for this service
A shop
Shutter, pedestrian door and back room are three mechanisms. Say which has failed. The shopfront is not touched.
An office
In a residential building the office door is treated. The communal portal only with authorisation.
A residents’ community
Portal, meter room or roof door. Agreement from whoever manages the building is needed.
Who authorises
Owner, manager or community. Without that, a business access or a portal is not forced.
Several locking points
List the ones that must be touched. A second door on the same access: €35 + VAT extra labour.
Billing
Legal name, tax ID and invoice email on the form or the call. There is no published monthly fee.

Does a heavy industrial shutter count?
If the fault is the lock or the anchor, yes. The motor or the curtain is not this trade.
