This page is the emergency call-out, not the company homepage. The 24-hour line is for a blocked access: flat, portal or shop. It is not the channel to book a security cylinder: that is scheduled in the day.

What we diagnose at night
A key that is gone or has snapped
You need to get in and, if the set is lost, change the barrel so old copies no longer work.
A cylinder that will not turn with the good key
Worn pins or debris. Often opened via the barrel and replaced in the same visit.
A jammed latch with people outside
It may be the case or the strike. That is seen at the threshold; “five minutes” is not promised on the phone.
Doors handled as an emergency
Wooden or reinforced flat door
A tenement landing. Time is set by the portal, the lift and the cylinder type.
Communal portal
Only with authorisation from the community or the building manager.
Shop shutter or door
Coordinated with whoever opens the next day. Two mechanisms: shutter and pedestrian door.
What is not a 24-hour emergency
A booked security upgrade
Fitting a Mottura or a security cylinder is scheduled. At night we recover access.
Cars, safes, automation
We do not go out for those. If the fault is the portal motor, it is not mechanical locksmithing.

TESA, CISA, Yale, ISEO euro-profile
The most common flat cylinders. A site Yale is replaced; a CISA ASIX is measured first.
AZBE and older mortise cases
In Ciutat Vella and Gràcia the case may not take a modern cylinder without adapting.

Does 24-hour response include public holidays?
Yes. The night-opening example (€118 + VAT) covers late night, Sunday and public holidays.
Should I wait in the street?
If it is safe, near the access. If the portal is locked, give a point in the same building.
Can you open without breaking the door?
In many cases yes. If forcing is needed, it is explained first.
